Ignacio Vizcaino is Partner of Dok Capital in 2016.
He has over 20 years of professional experience in finance in a wide range of positions covering private equity, banking, company management and audit.
Before joining Dok Capital, since 2012 he was a partner at EQUITIS, a French private equity management company with over €1,000m under management.
Previous positions include 10 years in private equity at BANKIA-Caja Madrid as Investment Director of the private equity management company and Head of Private Equity Funds, Corporate Banking at Caja Madrid until 2001, CFO at www.entradas.com (2001-2002) and auditor at PwC until 2000.
Bachelor of Economics and Business (CEU San Pablo, Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and PDD (Management Development Program) at IESE Business School.

Borja is Senior Advisor of Dok Capital since 2016.
He is a corporate finance and private equity professional with solid transaction experience; active in the market for over 11 years, in transactions ranging from €25m to over €1bn in size.
Prior to joining Dok Capital, Borja was Senior Vice President in Deloitte Peru were he launched the Financial Advisory practice in the country and led the regional effort to develop cross border M&A advisory in the region.
Before that he worked for Thesan Capital – leading special situations fund in Spain – as an associate where he also launched the advisory arm of TC. Before Thesan, he was part of PwC’s M&A team in Madrid as an associate.
Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Navarra. Borja has also attended an Executive Education program at Harvard University.

José de Carvajal, CFA, is Senior Advisor of Dok Capital.
Before joining Dok Capital he was previously Deputy CEO of Grupo Sampol and CEO of Red Asistencial Juaneda leading the operative and financial restructuration of the Groups.
Prior to his management positions he worked in financial advisory services for over 12 years closing over 20 transactions (most of them cross-border) working as Director for PwC Corporate Finance (Madrid), as Senior Consultant for Andersen Corporate Finance (Frankfurt) and as analyst for Commerzbank (Frankfurt) and Axis Private Equity (Madrid).
Bachelor of Business Administration from the Carlos III University in Madrid, the Catholic University of Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium) and the University of Tübingen (Germany). José has also attended a Senior Management program at IESE.
