+ Negotiation - Assist in negotiating the agreement, price and structure to maximize shareholder value;
+ Risk Management - Identify hidden opportunities or exposures of targets;
+ Due Diligence - Coordinate the due diligence to be performed on the target; and
+ Completion / Execution - Assist with final negotiations, regulatory filings, and execution.
