+ Dok Capital considers investing in companies with the following characteristics:
++ Annual revenues of over €30 million;
++ Excess debt, insufficient working capital or any other type of balance sheet restructuring;
++ We consider companies with positive or negative EBITDA (or negative cash flow);
++ Multi sectorial approach except for financial companies and real estate;
+ Our investments are subject to majority stakes or considerable control and will involve an investment of up to €10 million made via any type of financial instrument. For larger transactions we may raise capital from our limited partners.
