Analysts are highly trained and valued members of Dok Capital team. Working closely with Associates through Managing Directors, clients, and prospective buyers, analysts help pitch the business, prepare the company/or client and execute transactions. The Analyst program is a 3-year program with progressive, staged training to learn skills critical to being an active member of the team.


Associates play one of the most critical roles. As an Associate, you will serve as an integral member of the different processes, learning directly through close interaction with your peers and many of the best senior professionals in the business. Our apprenticeship model ensures that you will be guided by Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors as you develop your skills. Dok Capital's Associates gain invaluable experience more quickly than is common for your peers at other firms.
